Private2Public??

Inside information has suggested that the school, which would be collecting laptops to "check" them, and enable access to the internet at school, will also be intalling spyware to monitor the content of the hard drives of the laptops.

Although the spyware itself is undetectable, visible symptoms are that the computers run 5 times slower. In response, aschool staff has stated that it is only because the "laptops need to download your school profile". The truth of this statement is still unknown.

"Inappropriate" applications also be blocked. One student claimed, 'the network wont even let me gon on MSN at HOME!"

This would be an invasion of the students privacy, and many students are demonstrating against this through a petition.

A party was sent to the principal to represent the student's views, but the outcome is still unknown.

To sign the petition, a facebook account is required.

As a warning to everyone, DO NOT let he technicians "check" the laptops until the required date!

Psychologically Contagious

"Fads spread throughout the ICT room like disease," claims Chief Supervisor, "It must stop!"

Everything started from one person (not named). Like every bored computer nerd, he accessed famous Flash game archive, http://www.addictinggames.com/ and found a game to play. it was Portal.

More and more people are starting to play the above mentioned game, even without any means of communication. Expert scientists are still trying to figure out whether the players possess some kind of psychic link. "It baffles us completely" claims renowned ESP investigator.

Also, players seem to be in trance when playing these games. They are relieved from the "disease" when the game is completed.

This phenomenon has been also known to happen with Line Rider, N-Game, Avalanche, Impossible Quiz, and many other flash games. Power Football seems to be the most recent "disease".

Romance and Rivalry?

An epic and romantic tale unfolds in the midst of school bus 14A. A unidentified fellow bus passenger reported one student staring at a girl in an "unexplainable manner", suggesting a deep relationship.

When questioned, he denied this claim and said "I was looking at the floor". When questioned the second time, "I was looking at the window" was the answer. His claims clearly contradict, and may prove he was lying, and there was some kind of relationship between the two.

When questioned of any previous relationships, he claimed that his current girlfriend was in fact a girl in Sha Tin College.

The girl he was suggested of having a relationship with was not available for interview.
